Files as executables

   I have downloaded from a few sites similar to this one dealing with animation content but, I usually do not open the zips or rars immediately. Now I find the they contain a .exe file within and my antivirus will "clean" or quarantine the item. Before I spaz on hacking ass's, I wondered if it was an attempt at custom packaging and not a Trojan.

   some original files come as exe usually the daz install slash screen will pop up ... if you dont get a legit looking install .. its a fake

   with 7zip you can try to extract the files in the exe if there are any. Just treat it as an archive. doesn't work always, but sometimes
