Ty installing iTunes and having trouble with those who matter installous first you have to have a jailbroken iphone with appsync and installous installed. Then i use winscp to ssh into my phone navigate to /private/var/mobile/Documents/Installous/Downloads in your iphone and copy the .ipa file there.open Installous on your phone and install app
